Lucid Dream Clock
The lucid dream clock can be found as a gadget on the main page of our website.
If you are new to lucid dreaming read our

What does it do?
You can set the clock to regularly remind you to perform reality checks. When it's time to do a reality check the clock will optionally play a sound and present the reality check page. From this page you can choose to ignore the alarm, which returns you to what you were doing, or have it suggest 2 reality tests. After performing the reality tests you can click the
Finish link to close the reality check page and continue.
Note that wherever you are on our website, whether on the homepage, posting in the forums, reading or writing articles or browsing search results, the lucid clock will alert you when it's time for your reality check. You do not need to refresh your browser, the clock is always active in the background.
You should set us as your home page to make the most of the reality clock. If you perform a Google search using the box at the top of each page we recommend that you open sites from the search results page by clicking the link with your right mouse button and selecting the option to open in a new window or tab. This will keep our site open and ensure you are notified when its time for your reality check.
What's with the big pink bird?
That's
Kooky the pink cuckoo. He is the source of the alarm sound and appears when the lucid clock sounds it's alarm. He is named after the sound he makes
Koo-Kee.
We want you to associate performing a reality check with the sound made by Kooky and with the image of Kooky himself. Once this association is in your mind it opens up another interesting possibility. You can download Kooky's sounds on to your mobile phone and set it as an alarm for the early morning. You should set the volume to be quite low so that it does not wake you. If you are having a dream when your alarm plays Kooky's sound you may find that you do a reality check in your dream and become lucid. You may even see Kooky in your dream. As Kooky is a 1 meter tall, pink cartoon character, seeing him in person would be a very clear indication that you are dreaming.
The sounds Kooky makes are available to download as MP3 files for free below:

Here is a MP3 file that play's Kooky's sound followed by silence for 15 minutes. You can load this on your MP3 player, put it on auto-repeat while you sleep to hear Kooky every 15 minutes. I recommend using when you are performing the
WakeBackToBed technique to improve your chances of lucid dreams.
